Our Brands

Coupette
Coupette started as a neighborhood cocktail bar in East London, with the challenge of becoming a global name without losing its local charm. Since 2017, we have managed its operations, refining back-of-house systems, optimizing procurement, and building a strong talent pipeline while preserving its creative focus on French spirits and unpretentious service.
The result: Coupette thrived in London’s competitive bar scene, securing spots at #18 and #23 on The World’s 50 Best Bars list, winning major accolades, and maintaining both profitability and a loyal local following.

Atelier Coupette
Atelier Coupette was created to expand a celebrated brand into Soho without losing its essence. We launched it as a more intimate, experimental extension, managing everything from site acquisition to an agile service model, while aligning operations across both locations. The result: a profitable, high-demand destination for the after-work and late-night crowd, proving the brand can scale successfully in premium markets.

BKC - Biryani Kebab Chai
Bombay Bustle Kitchen & Cocktail (BKC) faced the challenge of scaling the slow, intricate traditions of Awadhi “Dum” cooking for London’s fast-paced dining scene. We optimized production cycles to preserve authentic flavors while improving speed and consistency, and led the expansion from Marble Arch to a flagship Soho location, managing build-out, training, and positioning.
The result: a successful multi-site brand that proves heritage cuisine can scale with the right operational discipline and financial clarity.
